PATTERNS

Louet patterns are designed with tremendous attention to detail. After the creative ideas and sketches are put to paper, and swatches are prepared, the Louet design team charts the pattern to create the original test garment. Next we size all potential sizes for this pattern and then test knit each size to ensure the pattern works well and as designed, in all sizes. This is a laborious process, but insures that the knitter will get a quality, will fitted garment, regardless of her/his size!

Unique stitch combinations are used for effect and allow garments made with Louet North America patterns and yarns to be true treasures.

You will see our pattern sheets have a great deal of detail, stitch images and finished garment shots in a well designed layout – geared to functionality.
